Those with handwrist problems like myself might feel a bit achey sometimes while using it for prolonged periods or during gaming sessions that go particularly haywire as it sometimes makes you bend your hand in weird ways to hit the side buttons but i consider this a nonissue as i just switch to my backup mice if i have problems like that
