The old battery wouldnt hold a charge at all and it is very annoying to be plugged into the wall all the time in order to use the laptop

This battery arrived on time and in packaging that was sufficient to make sure that it wouldnt be damaged in the mail

That was very useful because i wasnt sure how to charge the battery after putting it into the laptop and im pretty sure that i killed the old battery because i was chargingdraining it improperly

Our laptop would not work without being plugged into an outlet because the old battery no longer held a charge
