However they are shiny and as i said ive only worn it over white so far and other peoples reviews say they look pretty over black or other colours so im sure theyll look better the more i experiment with different colours i didnt give 5 stars just because as i said they didnt quite come out how the pictures showed they would the white examples

I read the instructions on the advert as there werent really any come with the product and it clearly states to apply on a white base coat

So my wife did the white base coat gives a pearl looking effect
