It's easy to use, small in size and very lightweight. Has big numbers on the keypad and screen which is a must for elderly people. It is a great working phone and i would recommend it.

Great call's phones can't be used with another service. They are hosted by verizon. These phones are on an old system (cmda) that is being phased out. It uses the very inexpensive $5 per month phone plan.

The speaker quality is terrible. There basically is no speakerphone. Without a ringtone for incoming calls, it is useless to her. Not for verizon or sprint or most t-mobile.

Feels very cheap and flimsy like it came from a * jack box. Also it is very difficult to import contacts. For a phone designed for the senior market this seems ludicrous.
