Complain is lodged with company. My product is defective and they are not repairing it. Go for bajaj instead of this.
Lids aren't tight enough to prevent splashing of pureed. Jar got stuck and we were not able to dislodge it. While making juice all the crushed vegies got mixed into juice container and had to filter manually.
This mixer has lot of problems. When we start the mixer, it make unbearable noise. The mixer get overloaded within 15 to 20 seconds and remains inactive for more than 15 minutes. Only good for smaller grinder.

The air w5vents are very incorrectly placed as waste or liquid or juices can seep obsidian the unit and can damage it cause fire even
