Very disappointed. Way way way ovepriced for the lack of quality. Do not recommend for entertaining.

Some seem to be padded with extra fat to make weight, most are not even cut evenly and some look like they just hacked off pieces of whatever. Plus these have some strange gunk underneath the steak, god knows why or what is is.

No marbling= tough sinuey meat. Like chewing shoe leather even after tenderizing.

It was fresh and great quality meat

Ive purchased this steak at least six times and never disappointed

Feb 16 disappointed with the fat content primarily because of the big fat white blob 1

Jan 23 and feb 2 steaks looked much like the product page picture with less fat and a tad of gristle

What i dislikes is the price to expensive

Packaging/appearance

Would have given 5 star overall except for the packaging which i guess works and all but difficult to deal with when opening

Get it out of the packaging slap it on a plate put your koshersea salt on it and some course ground black pepper

Remember take your steak out of the fridge to warm it up to room temperature
