Pros

Natural pain relief is far greater than tylenol or the like. To combat alzheimer’s and enhance cognitive health, i take turmeric.

The organic turmeric is a high quality product. They work ok just your body needs to adjust to this type of relife. Good product and decent price.

Cons

Only 150mg of curcumin per capsule, and the remaining 600 is just turmeric spice. Very shady company.
