It gives me a solid energy boost that lasts for hours. It helps me with endurance when bicycling. Boosts my energy.

Organicmuscle is the best value. Good nutrition. Great ingredient list.

It tastes absolutely disgusting… even 4 hours later i have an aftertaste. It seems like the ingredients list is is filled with a lot supplements, more than most of the other brands of super reds. There is absolutely no way this contained 30 servings!
