Highly recommended, easy to install product. It works flawlessly.
Once you get audacity down, it's a breeze to to convert an album. Audacity itself is extremely capable and intuitive.
The sound is clear and noiseless. No buzz or hiss, no difficult to set up configurations to make. The final step is to normalize the audio.
Cons
Amazon's online help and faq are useless. No signal from the headphone jack on a macbook pro. No instructions on how to use it on firefox.

Im trained as a concert pianist and i have 40year old cassette tapes that are priceless to me
Took a flyer on this 15 gadget and wow
Looked at the 100 solutions back a while ago heard they didnt really work well as in slowed down the music

I would suggest that you download the latest version of audacity from the gnu website as the newer versions are even better than the older version on the minidisc
