Quality
The sound quality is good and it is discrete and comfortable i tend to forget im wearing it and walk away with it still attached
Was expecting this to be a you get what you pay for type of purchase but the quality from this little microphone is amazing
Quality is excellent listeners can hear a crisp sound when i talk and it doesn’t have the usual vacuum between my mouth and the computer
Would have welcomed more interfacing instructions with the mike however solved after many internet searches
Competitiveness
This of course totally negates any use that the microphone could have as a lavalier microphone due to this issue
Overall a very good microphone but a terrible lavalier

I plugged the usb connector into a spare socket then searched around to find which channel the signal was coming in on its hw01 if youre on linux

However i must warn prospective buyers that this microphone at least the usb version does not sound good at all when clipped on to a lapelle or collar
