The software disk was packed in with the fan with no protection. It cannot be programmed on an apple system, software is not compatible. My windows 10 machine refuses to see the fan as a connected usb device.

The box i received indicated that it was the monocolor version so i messaged the seller

They assured me it was the multicolor version and sent me a digital version of the software to try it out to make sure

You can tell the instructions were written by someone not schooled in the english language which really isnt any big deal the instructions just werent in plain english

The most important thing that you will need a pc with a cd drive to program the fan if you dont have that then dont buy it youll end up sending it back

We thought we were getting the multicolor fan but the fan received is single color and the software will not run on windows 10 r2004
