Usually i like to use my computer in clamshell mode so that only the external monitor is visible

I used unis hdmi–to–usbc adapter before and it works but switching between clamshell and regular mode or unplugging the laptop to use separately and plugging it back in later was often a hassle i typically had to turn off the monitor plug in the uni cable then the mac and only then could i turn the monitor back on

Needed this cable to get 60fps on my philips screen that i have extended from my 27” imac because apple is complicated haha
