Pros

This little gadget powers my phone and and provides great output to speakers. Works with just the headphones plugged in and i have not had to unplug and plug back into have sound. I have the note 20 ultra & it works great!

Received it few days ago. Charged flawlessly. Had my for a few weeks, super happy with it. Excellent customer service. Fast shipping and follow up.

Life saver. No static or frequency issues. If there are no further comments or edits on the review, it means durability is not an issue.

Cons

Don't waste your money on this product. Doesn't work well with samsung note 10. I have to disconnect my type c power cable to listen to music, and even then, the music cuts out often. It works just fine to charge but the aux port craps out.

Worked for almost two months. Cleaned my phone and still falls loose at times.

Very disappointed in the poor quality. This is not acceptable" "the description is wrong.
