Pros
This multiport is made with good quality. I love the versatility it offers and the docking functionality in a small package aspect of it. The main specs for the two are identical and really the difference is the one port i mentioned and the layout.
The company has great customer service. Everything works perfectly! The replacement device works perfectly.
Cons
Even with swapping ports for a single monitor, display still disconnects often. Also causes a green flicker on the screen that cycles every 10 seconds or so. Not enough length of the cable, it interferes with the mouse.

This one is 100w specified but the power delivery to the laptop is probably between 6572w
