I have not come across any charger which gives more then its description

I tested the charger the pd output is 45 watts it doesnt drop by adding usb devices and no compromise on usb devices too

It comes with an ac cord and the charger usb cable is not included

I tried to connect it to a usbc hub and hope it could charge my thinkpad 470s but its not powerful enough

However it does charge the laptop if i plug it directly to the usbc port
