Pros & Cons
Pros
Volt d cell lithium rechargeables a try. Charging circuitry with indicator light is built into the battery. It steps donn the voltage from the usb 5 volts to that required to charge.
Batteries are great for any device that needs good constant voltage and current. I specifically use these for a headlamp that was burning through alkaline batteries. These are great batteries which i use in my metal detector.
Cons
Poorly made, connector misalignment. Out of 2 are defective.
Last about 4-hours in an xbox controller. Less than 50% the life on regular alkaline batteries.
Yeah, they are rechargeable, but really not worth the effort of having to constantly recharge. Took 6 hours to charge. Also, the charger only has 2 output ports.

Highlights
Quality
I’d buy these again, i just wish the quality control was a bit better.
Plug into a wall charger with the usb wire included in package.
Price
Just wish the price was a bit better, or if they offered an 8 pack at a discounted price.
Packaging/appearance
Good working condition out of the box, they fully charge, and replace successfully aaa battery in flashlights
Competitiveness
I am replacing tired old 10,000mah nickle-metal hydride batteries with these lithium units in a 3-cell flashlight.

Converting 12,000mwh to milli-amperhour shows these d cells have a mah capacity of 800mah, which is lower than what i would like.
These have 2600mwh which comes out to 1800mah.

The idea is to stop buying throw-away/one-time-use d-cells.

Note a typical single-use d-cell capacity is 1wh, whereas this rechargeable claims 1.

It easily last me a month then i charge them back up, i don’t want it to just die on me one day and not be able to go into my house.

But i have noticed that it does give you somewhat of a warning, you can tell when they are running low when i hear that it isn’t as strong as it’s suppose to be, for me.
