This is a sturdy high quality baguette tray with an excellent nonstick surface

Dont mess with the pan it is non stick

The 4 stars is because of the scratches on it enough to remove the coating not a huge deal

The wells are quite wide so if you proof your loaves in the pan they will be wide

There was nothing in the box that could have caused the damage so it has to be mishandling in the warehouse
