Pros

Very sturdy and durable. Well worth the price. Very sturdy, cleans nicely.

Recipe tester and developer. Line it with parchment to roast vegs. Bake a few cookies from refrigerated dough, or morning scones.

Pefect size for convection/ toaster oven. It fits perfectly and conducts heat very evenly.

Clean up has been easy just soap scotchbrite. They always stay very slippery as though the steel is impregnated with a lubricant. Clean up is as simple as a quick rinse under hot water and a quick swirl with a soapy dish brush.

Cons

My pans are now worthless. Not safe to use. Too bad. Buyer beware!

This pan is impossible to clean. The more scrubbing, the more black gunk appears.
