Pros

This pan is a total game changer. Looking forward to purchasing more types of usa pan bakeware.

I don't even have to grease it because of the invisible silicone coating. I let my loaves do most of their rising in a linen couche.

Italian hoagie or ciabatta, international hot dog/sausage rolls or sweet/sourdough french baguettes. The pan makes it possible to make 3 baguettes or 9 ciabatta vs 2 and 6. Will be perfect for 2 loaves of french bread.

The perforated pan assures a crisp, hard crust with soft inside. Can fit three in my oven at once. Perforations let the bread cook evenly on all sides. Crust is crunchy and chewy.



Cons

The pan is pressed out of 1/32 aluminum, without any reinforcement. The italian bread naming means very little since it is curved the same as the the french bread one. However, it was malformed as well. That is embarrassing.

The cost is a bit higher than that of other thinner and lesser quality pans because this pan is made in usa


I have several bakeware pans but usa bakeware has been pretty much the best
