Pros & Cons
Pros
The insert prevents the meat loaf from sitting in grease. This is by far the best meat loaf pan i have ever owned.
This is a very well crafted pan and i highly recommend it. Great product and customer service. Most sturdy and functional pan in my kitchen.
They are expertly made with the upmost quality. The silicone coating made for easy clean up. The only problem is with the envelope style with which it is made leaves creases for food to get stuck in.
Cons
After less than 2 years, the surface appears to be flaking after we were always careful to use only soft plastic utensils with it. The flaw is in the design. The folds in the corners allow grease to be trapped.
Highlights
Quality
Also as with other usa pans i have purchased there is no denying the quality of the pan itself
I am extremely pleased with the quality of this meatloaf pan
Competitiveness
Awesome product and made in the usa

The greaseoil can get caught behind the corners and ive noticed that when it looks clean when im washing it and more water runs along the edges grease will continue to come out from inside the pan

Since you cant prebrown ground beef for meatloaf you either drain the loaf while its cooking or you have a meatloaf swimming in disgusting beef grease

Unfortunately as with most other pans they do show signs of wear after the years

I buy a usa pan here and there and throw out the old cheap discolored crappy pans

I used 85 ground beef in the first loaf and found the level of liquid under the insert had basically reached the metal but not the meat
