Long story short i purchased this cincher and it really has helped soothe my back pain by improving my posture and my belly also feels tighteri measured my waist and it is 39 ¾” even though the size chart suggest
I also like to wear it when im working out or around the house just to keep my back straight
It wont make you skinnier long term but its great for wearing under formal dresses for a curvy retro silhouette
