It fits my iphone x model, an mp3 player, and a couple of gel packs easily. It also fits my key fob, my phone and a small cell charger.

The belt will size down to a snug & comfortable fit around my hips. It is comfortable and fits nicely with the adjustable straps. Comfortable, lightweight, and easy to adjust.

I'm not too mad though because it happens to be another way of cooling off. A few gripes i have, which aren't many, is that it's kinda heavy. It's a good belt.

I love the elastic band that secures the 2 plastic drink containers. The material is better than i expected. The zipper also seems very durable.

The rubber dots that are supposed to keep the belt from slipping are useless. One of the bottles leaks. I think i'll try one of those hand held bottles instead unless i can find one with an elastic strap.
