Pros
This is mot only safe but awesome. Bit sturdier than the named bosu but liked the thickness of the rubber and sturdiness of the support. The rubber bands are fine - stretchy tubing is stretchy tubing.
This product works great for burpees. It also works to loosen up stubborn muscles.
Cons
Construction feels inferior and unreliable, with the visible screws and flex when standing on the base. Cheap, cheap, cheap plastic hook. I would like to enjoy it - however it keeps deflating after each day.
