I use it in my hallway since my apartment door is has terrible weather stripping along the bottom and the side so its held up to having the curtains being pushed around multiple times a day with kittens playing under the fabric

The windows are very high and hanging regular rods is impossible for me im a senior so getting a tension rod that extends beyond 72 was beneficial in getting my curtains up

Had initial concerns as the opening on the curtains could not let the end of the tension rod througheventually realized that the endtip could be screwed off
