Pros
Superb quality. It feels lightweight, as it should, but looks fantastic and solid. Very sturdy and lightweight.
It reminds me of a chin-up bar i had that fit in a doorway when i was younger. Would be great as a bathroom, shower, curtain rod. Hanging two set (4) back to back thermal 96 inch curtains. Hard to find this 1 tension rod to attach to my closet shelf.
Cons
The esthetic is fair. The little black rubber ends needed to be glued back on also. Quality just isn't there. Will not hold even a few pounds of clothes.

Had initial concerns as the opening on the curtains could not let the end of the tension rod througheventually realized that the endtip could be screwed off

I use it in my hallway since my apartment door is has terrible weather stripping along the bottom and the side so its held up to having the curtains being pushed around multiple times a day with kittens playing under the fabric

It wouldnt fit in the window sill like i needed it to so i returned it

Its fairly solid though i am disappointed that ultimately i had to screw the middle support hook into my wall
