Pros
The mic is placed right near your chin so you can actually use it to take calls. The sound is great, yet bc they aren't inside your ear canal, you can still hear things around you. I love how they don't cancel out all the background noise.
The sound is phenomenal in my opinion for its price. I'm no audiophile, but the sound is perfect.
My favorite headphones. The other ones are extremely pricey. These solve both of those situations. Similar to the bose headphones.
Very well designed for durability. Great durable cord. Cloth covered cord feels more durable and has a nice 'hand' to it, like a good rope.
I use mine while working, hiking, biking and they have never fallen out on their own. I hate having stuff on or around my ears when exercising so these are perfect.
Cons
Even the smallest size hurts my ears a little bit. There's no bass and i have $10 headphones that sound crisper. An acute pain to the cartilage. I guess my ear shape is weird because it hurts my ear after i wear it for a while.
Straight out of the box, the jack needs to be fiddle around with. If you somehow bump the jack accidentally, you can cut out. Then the below par durability kicks in.

Unlike other uncomfortable earbuds that jam up your ear canal cannot in any way be healthy for hearing these sit perfectly outside your ear

I am going to get my one very minor complaint out of the way a better description of how to insert these into your ears using the two click process would be nice

The one picture in the book was not enough for me and i had to do some google searching to find pictures of people actually wearing them and videos of people putting them in

I either have really tiny or really oddly shaped ears because even the smallest ear buds hurt after 10 to 15 minutes
