Pros

The package comes with the brine, and also a heavy duty soaking bag and a delicious rub. Brining makes a huge difference when cooking turkey and this makes it so easy.

Incredibly moist and flavorful. Outside seasoning just adds kick * to the bird! It smells amazing as it bakes, and it is soooo tender.
