Pros

All of these things are anti inflammatory and all contribute to a healthier lifestyle and longer life. It's not just about popping pills folks. Ice water baths and ice packs are huge.

Cons

Just another supplement. Wake up every morning with sharp pain in my joints along with swelling. Also the capsules are huge, (sometimes sticking in my *) and i feel the capsules shell break before it reaches my stomach.

I feel like it is a total scam which is not uncommon with any of my fb purchases. Thank you for the refund. Taken as directed for 30 days and absolutely worthless.
