Pros
While it is slightly dangerous (if you're clumsy), it works phenomenally. My ipod works perfectly. The battery works fine and holds a charge.
Cons
The vinyl tools lose their tips almost immediately. Not happy a happy customer, will be initiating a return. Contacted seller and left voice mail, no response.

Four stars being generous because the opening tools are absolutely abysmal and serve no function other than to break in about 2 seconds

I also want to advise everyone to be very careful when removing the actual battery because the ribbon cable for the hold toggle switch is apparently stuck to the same goop that is used the keep the battery held in place and i unfortunately snapped the ribbon cable not a huge deal for me as i never use it
