But when you pick them up you can tell they are lower quality because the frame is plastic and the glass is plexiglass

I didnt care that they are acrylic and not glass because i was scared of them breaking during shipping if i had bought glass ones

The shipping bag and external box were in great shape however the frame that was on the top of the box did have a large scratch in the bottom corner of the plexiglass which was revealed when the film was removed i have tried for days to start a return or refund and just keep getting sent to customer service to process the return and then back to the return page without being able to follow through with anything

Im slightly disappointed as i bought this for a set of 5 pictures and now the final picture will not be in a matching frame

Each has plastic film over both side of the plastic cover so you dont get any finger prints on it while putting your picture in
