Easy to upload to your phone and calibrate to what you want your posture to be. Calibrate on the home screen. There is an app that needs to be downloaded to calibrate and sync the device.
I'm currently in pt and they're working with me on increasing my postural muscles to lessen the amount of pain i'm having in my thoracic area. It's easy to slap on, in between your shoulder blades.
The default is 5 and i set it to a more stringent setting of 4 after about an hour.
Cons
The device button seems to be made of rubber, and it gets dirty very quickly. The adhesive does not work. The app freezes, or the calibrate button on the app doesn't work.
Despite having two sensors, the information it provided wasn't that helpful. Sometimes the app shows a low battery when i just fully charged the device. Obviously cannot use it without the charger.

Ive had it for about a week and so far i am very happy with it
With the necklace i can simply remove and leave it at my desk when i take lunch or have to get up for awhile
I was very skeptical about this product
But after not being satisfied with the results i went to youtube and read some internet articles about good posture

Also i notice that the price is down cant say that about many things these days

The app is well designed the device is so discreet and even the packaging was so well put together
The packaging is nice and gives a feeling of buying an expensive apple product

My only issue is you need to be within bluetooth range of your phone which makes sense but took me a little while to figure out

If youre apprehensive because you think it will be noticable by others i was amazed by how small this was and i can wear a super light tshirt and the go 2 is entirely unnoticeable
