    They legit didn’t even ask how or why i broke it just “sorry to hear it we’ve sent a replacement” the reason this is such a huge deal to me is because belkin has a claim form online that you have to fill out everything about yourself including proof of purchase and then still have to wait a few days for them to deem it replaceable
