Pros

Easy to install by watching a youtube video. The pieces fit nicely. I use my dishwasher religiously and honestly i would lose my mind if i didn't have it available to use.

Cons

Also had a stem break during disassembly. What are the chances that this part fits all brands. Installation is easy but part quality is trash, very unhappy with it.

It has been installed less than one year, and has literally disintegrated into a number of worthless pieces. Clips holding unit in place are flimsy and don't hold arms securely.

Looks good when it arrives, but the plastic is different from the original. Over multiple washes the plastic becomes brittle. This item is made of brittle hard plastic and breaks like glass.
