Pros

The globes have a very nice tactile feel, with the mountains and craters modeled fairly accurately. Once they're charged, they can be used anywhere as mood lighting. This light acts as a nightlight and he loves it.

It is absolutely gorgeous. Looks nice light weight, my kid loves it.

Cons

When plugged in from dead it glows red. There is no off unless you have it unplugged. The touch sensor is very picky and it sounds like the unit inside is rattling around.

I see a place for a charger cord, but i don't have anything that will fit in the hole. The battery life is really short (like 4 hours short) and the whole purpose of having a wireless lamp is not to have to recharge it everyday.

The stand/base is pretty bad. It looks really nice in the product pictures but its basically balsa wood softness.
