At some point about a month ago the small connector that slips into the phone became loose from the rubber case and it made it difficult to connect

Once the connector became loose it was not only difficult to connect to the phone but it didnt seem to be that reliable and didnt seem to connect properly

Even though it appeared the connector was all the way into the phone it seem to disconnect from the phone and not charge it up

Just be careful with the connector as it can bend over when trying to connect the phone into the case and that could have cased my problem
