Pros

It saves a million times on my back. My coworkers want to use me for my cart now. I just move and my hallway is so long to get to my apartment.

I wish it was 18” longer and had a braking system. Groceries and bottled waters are brought into house on the cart. It easily fits my 2 large speakers (40 lbs ea) and it's easily storable in my suv.

The quality is incredible for the price. I like the capacity, and the way it handles on cracks and thresholds. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Cons

I hope they refund as quickly as amazon.

If you keep pushing the hand truck (while not knowing that 3 of the 4 bolts had already fallen off), then you get a bent castor altogether. The wrench provided is too big for the bolts. Also the wheels are cheaply made.

Our driveway is slopped and there is no breaks on the wheels

Its flat as a pancake folded up and you certainly could easily stow it in a car or van but its too heavy for me to lift into a vehicle
