Pros

Within 2 days, the itchiness of my beard was gone, and the "bearddruff" was gone. Nice starter kit.

Everything pictured was included and just as depicted. Scent (sandalwood) is pleasant and everything feels like good quality.

I have a brother who is a walking embodiment of zz top. When he's feeling in the dumps one of the best ways to cheer him up is through the care of his beard.

Used the oil and brush and beard looks fuller and less scraggly. Sturdy comb, good scented beard oils, brush is nice quality.

Cons

The design of the razor is dangerous. You have to try to slide the double sided blade onto three rivets, and it's no easy task. Did not have razor blade or refills. Missing the wash, comb and razor.

Oil doesn't feel like it hydrated my beard just made it oily. The oil and balm smell bad (supposed to be sandalwood).

All the fancy stuff and hyping up the product. Fully explaining the convoluted and poor design choice in its entirety seems pointless.
