Water spills out the sides as i’m using it. Seems like a spring isn't opening a valve in the stem. There is a one year warranty but can't get ahold of them about anything. Had to return this item because it was made incorrectly.

The splitter was broken when it arrived but we had a plumber replace it while here for a separate issue

We often have residue in the bottom of glasses leave wine in bottom of glass and it dries smoothie making etc

I mainly bought this to rinse my smoothie cups and they don’t fit in the base
