Pros
Other than the rust proof feature, so far it seems very good. Specially when the winter months come. Has braided steel line. Some other are chrome plated plastic with nylon line.
The line retracts really well. It doesn't snag my clothes and retracts easily when you want it to. Some reviews say that it pops off the wall. Holds several wet heavy towels with no problems.
Cons
Even though i fastened it to two studs, it's still flimsy. I know this is far under the weight capacity because i can carry the full load of shirts using my fingers on the hanger hooks, with my arm outstretched.

Mine doesnt and mounted very securely on its bracket which is in turn mounted firmly on the wall in our shower stall
