Pros
It cleans up very easily. Heat spreader seems to work pretty well, spreading heat to parts of the pan not directly over the burner. Soak with soap and warm water, briefly wipe and spot scrub with stainless steel sponge.
Two handles makes for easy lifting. No bolts inside the pan from handle makes cleaning easy.
Cons
Water boils in that pan in half the time. When i dry the pan with a paper towel the grease comes off on the towel but not fully.

It is very nice quality too with a nice heavy bottom to distribute heat evenly

This pan is just great i have the new type cooking like these one that say 100stainless steal well let be be the first to tell you wolf gang puck will not work on inductions products but now a good stainless will i sold all the pots from him and others i bought one set off here and the bottom had a small amount on the bottom larger fry pans worked the small one did not its red dont buy that set i called amazon but they didnt do a thing thats why i bought that one

The guy that designed the helping handle is mentally challenged it is attached so badly that arrived detached already and looking at the welding cant hold at all
