Pros

I like that it’s pretty small, powerful and lightweight. Figuring out the collet and drill pieces takes a good minute to figure out but it works well now. It fits so nicely in my hand.

Cons

Used to drill holes in plastic beads, broke in the first 10 minutes of use. It can’t keep up with trying to make the holes in beads bigger, it just stalls. Won't even drill into resin.
