Fitness * or not, this book has something for everyone. It redirects people to the tried and true methods of fitness and performance training. Written by a physiologist, it is a great resource for anyone.
Andy galpin and brian mackenzie discuss fitness and the primal undertone of our biology. Dr. Galpin, dr. White and brian mackenzie also discuss body of knowledge.
Cons
The book does a disservice to an important topic. Consuming this book will do net harm to your life, your intelligence, and perhaps your soul.
