Love my protective case its very pretty
Good quality and faster shipping than expected
This may have just been a flaw with the product i received which is why i gave it 4 stars
I was skeptical of the 1year warranty and them standing by it
Packaging/appearance
Only complaint is the packaging was not sealed and beat up a bit
The customer service was great and the packaging was customized to the customer which i thought was a nice touch

Ive had it for over a year and dropped my phone on pavement countless times and with this case there has been zero damage to my actual phone

The case is beautiful however the rubber part that close over the headphone jack and charging port do not close without force if at all
