Jennifer's book gives an overview of what these mindtraps are. The descriptive language means i remember the 5 mindtraps and notice them (with a smile) particularly about being right.

First you get only a blurry picture of what makes distinct leaders distinct by looking at what they know and do you must instead go deeper into how they make sense of themselves and their surroundings
