Kevin kruse's new book, intimate attention, includes a poignant story of someone who reached out to him at the end. Focusing on super fans is the way to go - build the niche and serve it well and they will reward you.

This book is very low-end compared to the other 2 books that i read. Mostly it is only about how to deal with fans, keeping fans, and some basic marketing email tactics. There is no advice on how to get the most out of your fan base.
