Update customer service replied to my review and sent me a refund so added two starsthe toy is cute but not for 1yr old playful lab recommend for toss and fetch or less playful dogs great customer service which is very importantunfortunately my one yr old lab destroyed in this in less then 3 days the seams didn’t hold up my poor pomeranian get to play with at once
