The mount fits a 12000 b to you and a 10000 btu cause the casement is the same size. It gives me a bit of security for it not falling out the window. Robust design & easy to install.

Make sure you check the size of the air conditioner than assemble the bracket spacing of the support legs are important

It doesnt fit on the window rails and the front of the sill is concrete and outside is concrete so i have to return it
