The pins are held in with a pretty good tension spring so you have to push to hold it over the bolt while using it

I have used it on a variety of bolt sizes and it works well but i would not trust it on a rusty old bolt since they take a lot of force but that is not really what this is meant for

Pins are not flush with outer casing so if you have a shallow head bolt nut this may not work

Theres nothing i hate worse than get up and get down for another socket size on stuff that has both metric and english nuts and bolts riding lawnmower
