Silly issue but the magnets are apparently mounted farther back than the ones that came with our cabinet lock set

So you have to hold the round side to the cabinet to open it

The needle was damaged and curved

I took out the magnet from the tot lok key put it on the black unlocker black plastic part of the yondr pouch pressed it hard on the plastic while trying to pry the pouch open it unlocked but the needle was curved slightly
