Ill warn you up front the way it shipped without a box but just in a plastic bag floating around in the box had me on edge that i may have bought a sketchy product

There were no instructions of any kind and i seriously thought i would need to file a claim with this one but after getting batteries in it correctlyour first try we had them in wrong because theres no diagram for how to put them in or even what size you need it worked fine

I dont know what model tv i have but a smart tv from samsung in 2012 and the remote just stopped working 122016 so i purchased this one
